32 Minutes with Opal Peachey
My favorite female performer in Seattle is Miss Opal Peachey (yes, that’s her real name).
She is an actor, comedian and singer. I’ve watched her grace the stage and capture her audience with those silky liquid eyes (we all become smitten with the leading lady) in Café Nordo’s To Savor Tomorrow, and as Beth in The Beebo Brinker Chronicles. But I first met her during production of Modern Luv, a comedy cabaret about romance in our “Too Much Information Age” with Mark Siano. Opal was sassy, hilarious, and had a great wardrobe. The perfect person to work with on a fun photo shoot.
Miss Peachey has an upcoming performance this Saturday, February 18th at “A VINTAGE SPECTACULAR!” one of Seattle’s hottest cabarets, and our deliciously naughty teacher will be giving her audience lessons like “How to Kiss.” (Ooh la la!) I just had to take her promo shots for a little Valentines Day special here on PhotoSister.com.
