20 Minutes With A Christmas Carol
Photographing the artists of ACT – A Contemporary Theatre
This photo shoot back in June was especially meaningful to me because it brought so many friends and families together, including my own.
When I got notice of the ‘Cratchit Summer Picnic’ shoot to get people excited for “A Christmas Carol” I was also asked if I knew any kids. Oh boy do I! I’ve got 7 beautiful nieces and nephews within an hour distance of the city, and it turns out that my nephew, Logan, was the perfect fit to be cast this one-time as “Tiny Tim” for this special photo shoot. All the kids did absolutely great during the fun pretend picnic, and I’m really proud of Logan for doing a great job standing on a chair with a prop crutch and toasting to the entire cast while saying the all-so-familiar line “God Bless Us Every One!”
What I’m really excited for is to take Logan to go see “A Christmas Carol” this winter. It will be his very first theatre experience and I know it will leave a positively fun impression on him that will keep him interested in the arts for life!
Now to work on the other six nieces and nephews…
Cast: Ian Belle, Morgan Rowe and friends of ACT Theatre.
