16 Minutes with Heather Persinger
Photographing the artists of Seattle Public Theater: 6 of 6
It is always so nice to hang out with Heather Persinger. Her inner joy is radiant, she has a smile and laughter that is contagious, and her spontaneity brings out the fun in everyone around her. When I photographed her on a stormy Seattle day, we talked about the process of being busy artists and balancing life. We take projects on because we love what we do, we are good at what we do so we have a lot of projects, but taking a few moments to kick off our shoes and enjoy the green grass under our feet are the moments of clarity that re-energize us and keep us going.
Heather’s performance in “The Language Archive” at Seattle Public Theater is exceptional; she is definitely one to watch in the Seattle theater scene.
